I love this terminal. Truck wash, bunkhouse and it's very quiet & peaceful. The people I've met there have all been very nice.

One of the worst companies to drive for they ll lie to you to get you in they claim they have a 10,000.00 sign on bonus to hook you in must have at least 10 years minimum otr to qualify and you only get 1,000.00 at the end of each year and its for specific account drivers which they wont say to still get you hooked they claim new top of the line equipment its not new they own all their trucks and hate spending money to fix it the trailers are great danes that look like england and swift owned them there tore up dented old some are 20 years old there sliwly replacing them as customers are rejecting anything 10 years or older everything is rusted out all there trucks have 500,000 miles or higher they have no 2016 or higher models they force all dispatch they make ypu follow route to the t or you get a write up lile a detention slip they are a joke they wear a mask make all these great promises to get you in i have 4 years otr i was told id start out at .46 cpm i get to orientation there like no we never told you that but its in my email and they only paid me .34 cpm they claim they are a training company but only have 3 certified trainers which they are trying to push out cause they dont want to train anymore orientation too is a joke you dont get paid for orientation dont be fooled they over load trailers and tell you to run it you ll be fine if you get a flat trailer tire they make you drag it to a shop to be looked at first so they dont have to spend money on a brand new tire even if you have to go past or get pulled into a scale they dont care there safety scores are terrible but do get the green light most of the time cause dot is tired of dealing with them the dispatchers are rude and old and dont care the shop is a joke rail road ties as the ramps there is no professional feeling to them they all act like they just got into trucking a few years ago and are still trying to get it DEBOER is a joke stay away far away they are no good im not joking or making this up out of spite cause tgey let me go im speaking the truth i would not recommend any new driver to start there even if they are right around the corner they treat you like a prison inmate
Great company,great to miles great office staff,best fleet manager!! If u want to run,u will make good money,but if u want to go home every other week,if u stop at truck stops all the time,if your always late....but still complain, this isn't the company for u....go to swift or covenant where they don't care.
